We Filmed DRIVEN at Some Amazing Black-Owned Locations

One thing we were absolutely intentional about was showcasing and supporting black-owned businesses as our filming locations for DRIVEN. These spots not only added character to our scenes but also allowed us to contribute to the local community. Check out these fantastic locations that truly embody the spirit of DRIVEN!

Hot Sam's wasn't merely a filming location for Lauren Stovall's episode of DRIVEN, but rather an integral part of the story being told. Founded 102 years ago by a Jewish family, Hot Sam’s transitioned to black-owned when Cliff Green and Tony Stovall, two Hot Sam’s employees, purchased the store. Hot Sam’s continues to thrive today. It’s an amazing story that you learn more about in DRIVEN.

*The next two locations where we filmed are particularly significant for two reasons: first, they are black-owned, and second, the owners of these businesses also own the buildings where their businesses are situated.
